SILSTEVE operates 8 quays with the total length of 1550m. Good navigability and depths up to 15,5m at the quaysides make it possible to service ocean vessels.

- outdoor storage area of 82ha for bulk, general cargo and containers
- outdoor storage area of 30ha for finished vehicles and other Ro-Ro cargo
- indoor storage area of 79 000m²
- 6 railway tracks with the total length of 3000m; possibilities to load/discharge open and covered wagons, hopper wagons, rail car transporters, platforms and tank-wagons
- repair and maintenance shop
- railway station of the port of Sillamäe which operates 14 railway tracks with overall length of the infrastructure 33.9km
